DIAMOND DRY POLISHING PADS (HONEYCOMB) tend to be hook & loop backed pads with diamond dust suspended in resins, the difference with the wet pads is the resin is more dense (harder) & abole to withstand higher temperatures. Can be used with any angle grinder to polish a range of very hard materials into beautoful shiny pieces such as concrete, marble. stone, quartz etc. Creates a lot of dust particles and requires a vacuum or extraction set-up to make it safer for the fabircator.
Dry Polishing must be used with effectice dust extraction equiptment & respirators!
